This auction offers a meeting place for Buyers and Sellers looking to take advantage of late cancellations or odd gap weeks during the high season. This could also provide a bargain for someone looking for a long let or out of season rental. This is a concealed bid auction, designed to create a flexible market place. If a bid is successful, the Owner will contact the Buyer.
How It Works
Once you have found accommodation of interest, there are two possible options:
You can either 'Buy It Now', whereby the auction is ended and you will be contacted by the accommodation owner.
or
'Make an Offer', which should be your best offer as you only have three opportunities to do this. Bidders will be advised if they have not met the reserve price or if they have been outbid. If your bid is successful you will be contacted by the Owners within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
All auctions run on a weekly basis from 11.00am Monday to 11.00am Monday the following week.
